Best Bike Shops in East Vancouver

With a mild climate, fitness culture and extensive network of bike lanes and paths, Vancouver, and especially East Vancouver, is a fantastic place to sightsee, explore and commute via bicycle.

As one of the cleanest and most energy efficient forms of transportation, it is no surprise the number of people choosing to cycle in and around Vancouver continues to grow every year.

Here in East Vancouver, expanding the bike route network has become a focus for the City in an attempt to reduce traffic congestion and pollution and keep people fit and healthy.

Prior to 2020, much of this growth was driven by local Government initiatives to make cycling more safe, convenient, and comfortable. However, as we navigate our way through a challenging year, there has been a significant spike in those switching buses for two wheels.

Whether you’re looking to purchase a new bike, or service an existing one, there are plenty of options to meet your needs.

Keep scrolling for a list of some of our favourite bike shops in East Vancouver. If we’ve missed your favourite place, please let us know and we’ll be sure to add them to the list.
