Real estate is personal and require personal service and guide by a professional. I do not know how you feel about this but, the reason I got into this business is because it’s a service and relationship business.
Would you trust the biggest transaction of your life to a computerized program or an app to sell your house and help you find a new home? Technology is great but, has it’s time and place. I learnt that in Japan there is a virtual tour whereby buyer does not have to be in a home to view a property. No one purchased a home as of yet without seeing it, touch and feel. Yes, people buy all kinds of things online but, no one has purchased a home without seeing it (maybe investors and uber rich). Amazon does not target these type of home buyers anyways.
The conclusion is look what is the end game of the service provider and who really has your best interest at heart without having buyer’s or seller’s remorse.
